Our Returns Policy

The Bubbles Boutiques makes every effort to ensure we offer as much information as possible on the detail, sizing and fabrics to ensure you make the perfect choice. However, should you not be 100% happy with your purchase and would like to return it to us we will of course refund or exchange items that are returned and received by us within 14 days of the date of purchase. All refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the goods and we endeavour to do this as quickly as possible. Please note that we are only able to process a refund with a receipt and the refund can only be given to the original payer.

Please complete and enclose the returns form and your receipt with your item to be returned and ask that your returns are neatly and securely packed in perfect condition, unworn, with the original packaging and labelling intact and would recommend you re-use the orange parcel bag used for delivery (if in a re-usable condition). We also recommend that you obtain proof of posting, which is free from your Post Office. Although we are not able to refund P&P charges on returns (unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty), we are happy to send an exchange, subject to stock availability, free of charge which will be despatched to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required. Please note, for sale items refunds are not available but are happy to offer a credit note or exchange.
